Susan has been in the credit industry for a period of 20 years, in finance, building,
transport, manufacturing, timber, wholesale/retail environments, encompassing
Sales, Legals, Credit Control, Debt Recovery, Litigation, Repossession
and Credit Training.
Susan has held positions as Managing Director and CEO of various entities and
carried her responsibilities towards successful outcomes, and was nominated
For the Telstra Business Women's of the Year Award in 1995.
She has a wide range of expertise and a great understanding of the importance
of Credit Services Control, and is highly regarded in the Collection industry for
her knowledge, integrity and experience.
